Jacqueline Leung is a writer, translator, and art editor from Hong Kong. Her translations and essays have appeared in HEAT, WasafiriTranstext(e)s TransculturesGulf CoastAsymptote, Nashville ReviewSAND Journal, the Asian Review of BooksChaBooks from Taiwan, and elsewhere. She is a translation editor for The Offing and a mentor for the American Literary Translators Association.

Her translation of Hon Lai Chu’s novel Mending Bodies (Two Lines Press, 2025) is a winner of PEN Presents by the English PEN. Her work has been recognized by the Asian Cultural Council, the Bread Loaf Translators’ Conference, and the British Centre for Literary Translation. She holds an MA in English from University College London and a BA from the University of Hong Kong.
